What is POIT?

POIT stands for Principles Of Information Technology. This program is made to extend your learning of computers and technology within our high school career. This program one day may help us get a job in the technology field. POIT helps students like myself better understand Microsoft and how to run programs such as PowerPoint and Word. My teacher, (Mrs. Caudill) is helping my class, including myself how to do it.  In this class I hope to learn more about POIT. I would like to extend my knowledge of PowerPoint and Word. Maybe one day this will get me a job or into a good college. You need some sort of computer skills to do well in life, and this program will definitely do that for you.
